This school is located in Sant Ponç
and has three programmes for children and adults which are:
LEARN HOW TO SWIM

Aquatic activity directed at those who do not have sufficient ability to be able to move safely in the water. The course aims to achieve progressive adaptation and a minimum level of independence in the water. This programme uses different coloured bathing caps (white, yellow and orange) as a means of identification.
CONTROL IN THE WATER
A water activity directed at those who have passed the "Learn How to Swim" programme which aims to achieve a wide, generic base through water-based skills. This programme uses green and blue coloured bathing caps as a means of identification.
SPORTING WATER ACTIVITY
A water activity aimed at those who have passed the previous level swimming course, which aims to teach swimming skills and techniques, water polo, life-saving and the introduction of techniques related to training and competition. This programme uses red and black bathing caps as a means of identification.
